  • Up to one well-behaved pet (cat or dog) per room is welcome at Hotel Excelsior with a maximum weight of 5kg<\/b>.<\/li>
  • All pets must be registered at reception during check-in. Please keep pets on a leash or in an appropriate crate\/bag when out of the room.<\/li>
  • A fee of 30 leva per day will be added to your bill for each day of stay for each pet.<\/li>
  • Pets must be fully trained and well controlled by their owners.<\/li>
  • Pets can only be left alone in the room when they are not disturbing other guests in the complex. Always place the pet tag on the outside of the door when the pet is in the room. <\/li>
  • Pets are not allowed in the pools,on the sun loungers and in the restaurant.<\/li>
  • Each pet owner is responsible for cleaning up after them.<\/li>
  • Any restless behaviour, such as loud barking, should be controlled so as not to cause a nuisance to others.<\/li>
  • The guest should contact the reception to arrange cleaning at a convenient time.<\/li>
  • Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pet and agree to compensate them in full.
