HOW TO PARTICIPATE

1. Take photos or videos of your moments at the hotel during your stay at Hotel Excelsior

2. Share them on your personal Facebook and/or Instagram profiles as a Post.

3. Tag the hotel’s official channels: IG: @hotelexcelsiorbulgaria and FB: Hotel Excelsior

4. Add the hashtag #hotelstar2026 and don’t forget it — it guarantees your post will be seen and confirmed by us!

5. That’s it — you are now a Rising Star of Excelsior!

PRIZES

• Everyone who joins the game becomes one of our “RISING STARS” and receives a 5% discount on their next reservation made through the hotel’s official website – https://hotel-excelsior.net. The discount can be combined with other active promotions at the time of booking. The discount will be given as a Promo Code sent to you as a message on the platform where you published your post.

• The Grand Prize — “STAR OF THE SEASON” — will be drawn on 01.10.2026 from all participants who have received the “Rising Star” status. One winner will be selected at random and will receive a free 7-night All Inclusive stay at Hotel Excelsior for season 2027, including members of their family (spouse and children).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The game is open to all guests staying at the hotel during season 2026.

• The post must include the required participation attributes and must be made during an active stay in the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to exclude posts that clearly do not meet this condition.

• Profiles from which posts are published must be public at the time of publication so that the hotel can view and confirm the post.

• There is no limit to the number of posts — the more you share, the more chances you have to win the grand prize.

• By publishing content with #hotelstar2026 and tagging Hotel Excelsior’s official channels, the participant automatically confirms that they have read and accept these rules and terms.

• Hotel Excelsior reserves the right to share any post that meets the game conditions on its official social media channels. By participating, the participant accepts that their published content may be shared publicly. If the participant does not wish certain people or elements of their post to be publicly visible, they should not publish such content or should cover the sensitive parts before publishing. The hotel is not responsible for content that the participant has voluntarily chosen to share.

• The prize cannot be exchanged for its monetary value.

• The free stay is valid for season 2027 and is subject to availability.

• The 5% discount promo code is valid for reservations made for season 2026 and season 2027, in the period 20.05.2026 – 28.03.2027.

• The winner of the “Star of the Season” game will be personally notified and publicly announced on the hotel’s official channels on 01.10.2026.
